If you don’t know what you want to see or do or eat in Paris (or the rest of France), we’re here to help with our France travel planner and guide services. Maybe this is your first visit to the City of Light; we can help you plan your trip, making sure you see the iconic sights, but still get off the beaten path. Or maybe you’ve been before, but this time want to go where the locals go. Or maybe you just don’t have time to figure out where the best foodie spots are. Sometimes, everyone just needs someone who speaks fluent French!

We cater to the discerning traveler who wants to have an authentic experience. Our France travel planner and guide will help you find places, restaurants and outings that you’ll remember forever.

Our Trip Planning is led by Katrin (pronounced “ka-treen”). After a career as a literary agent escorting best-selling authors around the world on book tours, she decided to live the good life and join Girls Guide to Paris & Beyond! She’s lived in Paris for over 20 years, speaks fluent French (obviously), and has exquisite taste. She’s exactly the friend you’d trust implicitly for a recommendation or to organize anything.

What’s more, she’s an absolute delight to be with. She will make you laugh! She sweats the details without breaking a sweat. She cares so much about those she works with that enduring friendships are created. She represents everything Girls’ Guide stands for. I am thrilled to have her on our team.

Note: Katrin will be co-leading or leading a number of Girls’ Guide trips in 2020 – 21. She is someone quite special and we are lucky to have her as a comrade in all things French.

“Katrin was the perfect mix of ease, grace and fun. She listened to my interest and helped create an amazing itinerary that made sure I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip. I can’t wait to return and partner with Katrin again.”

Tammy, Cambridge

“Katrin did an amazing job of bespoke planning for our 6 day visit to Paris. We did “planning only” which was of tremendous value. She listened to what the varied special interests of our family of 4, including 2 college students, and set up a schedule letting us miss the crowds; experience vs visit Paris; finding a convenient Air B&B and a strategy to plan ahead so we could save time in Paris.”
