Seen on the Streets of Paris: Printed Trousers
For me, printed trousers always belonged to surfer communities and shoppers in market stalls on a busy tourist day, but the trend has gone mainstream over the last year. From skin-tight leggings to tailored trousers, prints clung to Parisian calves from day to night. Coquettish animal prints were worn casually throughout the day, appearing on smokers perched on steps and stylish women out doing their fall shopping.
At night, formal tailoring was introduced, but colors became brighter and more playful. One Parisian paired a studded red leather jacket with well-fitting white turn-ups painted with bold colors like a canvas.
