Lately we’ve been hearing about so many friends traveling to Paris to celebrate special birthdays and anniversaries that we say, "Oui, oui, oui." Summer, when the Parisians are traveling, is a perfect time to enjoy and explore the City of Light, especially when you are dressed for love and romance. We adore the sexy sparkle of this ensemble, and the playfulness of the rhinestone tattoos completes the seductive mood. Where to go? Try Les Ambassadeurs, at the Hôtel de Crillon, for an incomparable gastronomic and aesthetic experience. And make sure to book through the Girls’ Guide to Paris.Robert Rodriguez strapless pleated silk dress

W2WW’s fashion editor, Nicole Hanley Mellon, put together this Parisian-inspired outfit, perfect for any city scene. J’adore the shoutout to Paris with the Tour Eiffel–patterned dress, especially paired with these à la mode gladiator sandals, Proenza Schouler sac and Aurélie Bidermann necklaces. C’est chic!

In honor of the Tour de France, we’ve put together a great biking ensemble to keep you on track. The scenic cycling race began on July 3, in Rotterdam, and ends on Sunday, July 25, in Paris, on the Champs Elysées. Why not support cycling and help beat cancer by donning a Livestrong hat or water bottle? You can even send an inspirational message to Lance Armstrong himself, which will be printed through the Livestrong Chalkbot.

What2WearWhere.comWhether you travel to Paris, Aix-en-Provence or the Côte d’Azur, it all starts with the right bag. We love all these versatile and stylish bags by Longchamp. The company has an incredible selection of carry-ons, so why worry about extra charges or lost bags? A must-have is the Pliage line, whose bags you can fold up when you're packing to leave home, then unfold when you need extra space for special souvenirs. These bags and the Cabas line can be customized. For more ideas, visit Longchamp. And don't forget the W2WW packing list.

Traveling in style can be quite the challenge, especially when heading to the fashion hot spot of the world: Paris! We went straight to Tory Burch and found everything for a weekend in Paris, from sitting on the plane to sightseeing to going out on the town. Talk about prêt-à-porter?! When packing, it is important to choose a color scheme; in this case we went with noir et blanc as well as neutrals, which means you can mix and match, and create more outfits with less gear. Each item we packed has a hint of stretch, so you can wear it right out of your suitcase. Top off your looks with Tory’s oh-so-cool accessories, and bon voyage!

Summer is here, and what better way to tour the French countryside than on horseback? The Camargue is an island located in southwestern France, between the Mediterranean Sea and the two arms of the Rhône River. The region has its own breed of horses, the famous white Camarguais, ridden by the gardians, making it an idyllic place to tour land via pony. We figured we'd channel the classic Western look and put together a chic yet appropriate ensemble that can take you from horseback to bistro.

W2WW is feeling the World Cup fever, especially when you can rock this sporty look from Ralph Lauren in honor of the event. We know that everyone in France will be cheering, “Allez les Bleus!” this coming Thursday, June 17, in the match against Mexico. We will also be checking out Thierry Henry sans shirt.
If you can’t make the trek to Johannesburg to see the game in person, why not check out the matches at some of our favorite restaurants in NYC? We found this great World Cup go-to guide at Zagat.
For a full listing of matches, visit FIFA.

Ralph Lauren cat-eye sunglasses
Ralph Lauren Thompson skinny jean
Ralph Lauren Dustin cotton blazer
Cheer your team on, slurp the suds and witness the soccer man candy. Here’s a list of the Girls’ Guide’s favorite pubs and bars in Paris for World Cup viewing. The big matches include France vs. Uruguay, Friday, June 11, at 8:30 p.m.; England vs. the United States, Saturday, June 12, at 8:30 p.m.; and France vs. Mexico, Thursday, June 17, at 8:30 p.m. Get to the pub early, Ladies, to secure a space!
The Auld Alliance is a Scottish pub in the Marais that has a nice selection of Scottish beers on tap and screens all matches. View the schedule here.
The Moose Bar is a friendly Canadian establishment right around the corner from my old place in the 6th Arrondissement. All games are in 3-D.
Head to O’Sullivans Irish Pub, at 10, rue des Lombards, in the 4th, if you prefer the Irish.
FrogPubs is a chain of English pubs with locations throughout Paris. Surely you can find one nearby that serves its own microbrew, but don’t cheer against the English team here.
Bonus: Read Adam’s choices at Invisible Paris, which include watching France beat Uruguay at Favela Chic. Brilliant idea, but that’s tonight, so get hopping. See his complete list here.
