Mother's Day specials, flowery frocks and a French wine-tour

shopping

As April nears its end, we're poised to enter the late spring/early summer tourist season: a time when the rain and the cold finally stop, and flowery spring and summer frocks get pulled out of the closet. In that spirit of renewal, we offer you our newly updated shopping pages, including two new lists highlighting bespoke and handmade finds in Paris and stores that you can only find in Parisshopping april 11

Browse all our shopping pages, as the others have been updated, too. And on our Facebook page, tell us which shops you absolutely adore and why. If we choose one of your picks to add to our list, we'll send you a free T-shirt.

apartments in paris

We've added three new luxurious apartments to our apartment rental page. If you have a big group this summer, these three-bedroom units in the heart of St.-Germain are perfect for you.apartment in april

wine tours

If you love wine as much as we at the Girls' Guide do, we suggest that you consider taking a wine tour. One of our favorite companies is offering a Paris and Bordeaux wine and culinary tour, with Grand Cru tastings and a stop in the gorgeous medieval village of St.-Emilion.

April wine tours

Email us for more info, and please enter "wine tour" in the subject line. These tours are limited to only eight guests, so act quickly for the July and August outings (beginning at $3,500 per person). P.S.: They also offer a Bordeaux prestige tour and a wine harvest tour. What could be tastier?
