French Mystique Bike Tours

Bruce McAleer, an American who married a French girl and settled just outside of Paris, is offering a very unique way of getting out into the country for the day. He'll meet you in Paris with a bike in hand, helmet and a picnic lunch and together you'll go biking along the Marne river or bike to Giverny, Chartres or Fontainebleau or a myriad of other magical places just outside of Paris. From easy to challenging – there's a course for everyone. We don't know of anyone else who is doing this, and it's remarkable to enjoy the quiet beauty of the French countryside and its history when you realize how close to the busy and crowded city of light it is.
