Flûte

Flûte was created by Parisian Hervé Rousseau, a former wine and champagne industry professional, in New York in 1997. Flute champagne and cocktail bar now has locations in Paris, New York (2 locations) and London (newly opened). The l’Étoile location in Paris, right near L'Arc de Triomphe, is a cozy space to sip and savor French bubbly and Flûte's signature cocktails (many made with champagne). They also offer light tapas, caviar and desserts selected to pair perfectly with the bubbly. Champagne lovers will be pleased to find over 15 different champagnes by the glass.
