Seen on the Streets of Paris: A Little Vintage and Romance walk

There are always beautiful little fashion finds in Paris. On a walk last week I found a girl by the Eiffel Tower who happily told me she was dressed top to toe in vintage. The much-photographed view took on a completely new energy next to this Danish girl’s creation.

I woke up early that morning trying to catch women in their businesswear and spied a girl floating down the boulevard. Her dress had little birds all over it. Next a lady’s shoes caught my attention in a busy market. They had a fascinating (almost floating) heel: it was not the first time she had been stopped.

Later I went to sit and read in the Shakespeare & Company bookshop and encountered an English girl from Weymouth in a lace dress that was as dreamy as she was. I photographed her wonderfully romantic look by the window.
